1. When can I get the quotation?
Answer: We usually quote within 24 hours upon receipt of your inquiry. For urgent inquiries, you can either Skype messages or call directly.

2. How can I get a sample to check quality?
Answer: We can offer you samples to check quality at your express for shipping. Samples may be charged or FREE which depends on specific products. Sample charge can be refundable if your orders reach certain volume.

3. How soon can I get the sample?
Answer: After getting your approval and sampling charges, we ship in 5-7 business days. Shipping can be via FedEx, DHL, UPS ,TNT or post at your option.
