Systec & Solutions offers two IP65 stainless steel enclosures that meet clean room requirements, equipped with seamless integration of Microsoft Surface Pro or Apple iPad Pro. Apple iPad and Microsoft Surface for clean rooms

The Surface has 12.3 inches and the iPad has 11 inches. Both have a multi-touch display, which is additionally secured with additional protective glass and can be operated with standard clean room gloves.

The tablet uses a fully enclosed stainless steel shell and protective glass, which is designed for a large number of cleaning cycles. Thanks to the smooth surface, they can be cleaned thoroughly and safely immediately with almost all standard cleaners and disinfectants.

The special design of the shell has no dead zone. The on/off button and volume button are located on the front of the device and comply with the IP65 standard. Even without a keyboard, the external buttons on the Microsoft Surface can be used for secure login (Ctrl Alt Del).

Openings in plug contacts (such as USB or power connections) are often weak points that cannot be cleaned, because sensitive technology is small and hard to reach, and cannot get wet.

By developing new clean room connectors, Systec & Solutions has developed a perfect solution for clean rooms. CLEANROOM CONNECTOR is an IP65 charging contact, flush with the stainless steel housing. It can be cleaned easily and thoroughly with a spray or wiper disinfection. A special USB-C compatible connecting cable is magnetically docked and fixed in place for charging.

If necessary, CLEANROOM CONNECTOR can also be used as a USB-A socket to transfer data via a data cable. This allows the use of USB memory sticks, Ethernet adapters or other suitable devices. CLEANROOM CONNECTOR is currently available for Microsoft Surface Pro and will soon be available for Apple iPad Pro.

The stainless steel case for Microsoft Surface Pro and Apple iPad Pro can be optionally equipped with a handle. In addition, you can also choose a bracket that can be installed on the workbench or on the wall.

The standardized Vesa hole pattern (75x75 mm) allows the bracket to be connected to a standard support arm system. Due to the flexible design of the stand, it enables the tablet to be connected with a screen tilt of approximately 2 degrees as needed. 30° or about 60°.

Once the tablet is inserted and secured with a clip, the user can safely operate it without sliding, and can be charged when necessary.
